Dr. Milton T. Morter Jr. - Founder of B.E.S.T.

Dr. Milton T. Morter, Jr., is an international speaker, author and trail-blazing founder of the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique, better known as B.E.S.T., an energy balancing procedure used to help reestablish the full healing potential of the body. Assisting Dr. Morter on his mission to "improve the health of mankind worldwide," are his talented adult children, Dr. Ted Morter, Dr. Tom Morter and Dr. Sue Morter, who are leaders in the industry in their own right!

Dr. Morter's gentle and informative way of teaching, mingled with his amazing insight and powerful wisdom on how the body functions – empowering individuals to take control of their destiny – take him straight to the leading edge of a new kind of true health care.

A past president of Logan College of Chiropractic and The Parker College of Chiropractic, Dr. Morter has also authored eight books: Chiropractic Physiology, Correlative Urinalysis, The Healing Field, Dynamic Health, An Apple a Day, Exercise or Diet, and Soul Purpose plus educational brochures, booklets and numerous magazine articles. Dr. Morter's background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University, a Master of Arts Degree in Science Education from Ohio State University, and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. He has addressed hundreds of thousands of practitioners, patients, royalty and the famous from around the world. M-Power march is a technique designed to use contralateral movement and stretching to neurologically update and re-time your body. This simple stretch can be quite invigorating and yet provide an overall relaxed feeling as the muscles re-balance. People immediately report a feeling of overall balance and being more centered". This procedure, taught to practitioners and their patients, should be done at least twice per day for 2-3 minutes.


Physical B.E.S.T. is based on scientific principles utilizing light pressure contacts on the surface of the body to address parasympathetic and sympathetic imbalances. Physical B.E.S.T. offers a non-force way to update patterns of stress and discomfort which have been surfacing in both acute pain and chronic conditions. The physical B.E.S.T. procedure is administered in the prone position, utilizing the prone leg check, palpating muscles, and subsequently holding pressure points along the spine, sacrum, and skull. When muscles are balanced and the updated pattern restored, spinal muscle spasm and nerve pressure are removed.
